Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any time up to 7 days after receipt of your order.
You can cancel an order by calling 01603 776589 or by sending an email to sales@swallowgames.com
If your order has been despatched you would need to return it to us within 14 days of your cancellation.
You can return your order to the following address,
SwallowGames Returns,91 Magdalen Street,Norwich,Norfolk.NR3 1AA.
Please be sure to include your order number or invoice when returning your order.
We also recommend when returning items to obtain a certificate of posting and also ensure you cover your return with postal insurance.
You can also return your order in any SwallowGames store within 14 days of your order cancellation , you will need proof of purchase with you.
You will be refunded in full to the card you used to make your purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Products.
If your product becomes faulty up to 3 months after you received it you will be entitled to a repair , exchange or refund as appropiate.
Refunds
Returned items will be refunded within 7 days of receipt of your order , funds will be returned back to the card thast was used to make your purchase.
Your Statutory Rights are Not Affected.
